Due to the resignation of Allen J. Oullette of Van Buren, a member-elect of the House of Representatives, a special election will be held for all legally qualified voters to attend at the regular voting place in the Towns of Stockholm, Van Buren and the Plantations of Caswell, Cyr and Hamlin, in the County of Aroostook, on the fifth Monday of January, being the twenty-ninth day of said month, for the purpose of giving in their votes for a Representative to the Legislature, to represent said Towns of Stockholm, Van Buren and Plantations of Caswell, Cyr and Hamlin
